Audience analytics
If configured and accepted, Google Analytics measures page views, visible calls to action, clicks, sections, FAQ interactions, and scroll milestones. We send only controlled event labels, language, page paths, and non-personal campaign labels. We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, message contents, full referrer URLs, or query strings. Google may process IP addresses and device/network information as part of its service.
Behavioral recordings
Microsoft Clarity remains off unless configured, masking has been verified by the operator, and you separately allow recordings alongside analytics. The page is marked for text masking. Do not enter confidential information into this marketing website. Recordings may contain interaction, device, and network information and are processed by Microsoft.
Storage and retention
Your consent preference is stored locally for up to 180 days. After analytics consent, first-touch campaign attribution is stored for up to 30 days; session attribution expires after 30 minutes of inactivity. Experiment assignment, when enabled, is stored until consent is withdrawn or expires. GA cookies are configured for 30 days without renewal; configure the GA property for 2-month event retention. Provider-side retention and deletion must be managed in the Google and Microsoft project settings and are not controlled by this browser.
Withdrawal and deletion
Rejecting analytics clears our stored attribution and experiment assignment and attempts to remove Google/Clarity cookies accessible to this site. The page reloads to stop loaded recording scripts. Withdrawal does not delete previously transmitted data from provider systems. For deletion requests contact hi@thekernel.studio, including an approximate visit date; identifying a particular anonymous record may not be possible.
Email inquiries
Demo and quote buttons open WhatsApp; direct email links remain available. Opening WhatsApp involves WhatsApp/Meta, and messages you choose to send are shared with thekernel and the messaging providers involved. Email contents are shared with the email providers involved. This website cannot confirm that a message was sent and does not record contact clicks as completed leads.
Providers and international processing
Optional data may be processed by Google and Microsoft outside your country. Review Google’s privacy policy (policies.google.com/privacy) and Microsoft’s privacy statement (privacy.microsoft.com/privacystatement). The operator must confirm relevant contractual terms, transfer arrangements and project retention before activating services.
